These Terms and Conditions and Policy govern your use of our web design and hosting services, including all associated maintenance and support.
By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.
Services Provided
* Web Design - We will design a custom website based on the specifications provided by the client. The website will be delivered in the agreed-upon timeframe, unless otherwise stated.
Maintenance and Hosting
Following the completion of the website, you will be required to pay a monthly maintenance and hosting fee of R250 to R300, depending on the plan selected.
Fees and Payment
* A once-off payment for the website will be agreed upon prior to the start of the project. Payment must be made in full before the project begins.
* Monthly maintenance and hosting fees will be billed on a recurring basis at the agreed-upon amount of R250 to R300. The first monthly fee is only due the month after the website was launched.
* Payments for the design and hosting/maintenance are to be made through the payment methods specified.
Clients Responsibility
* The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, materials and information required for the web design project.
* You must ensure that any content provided to us does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other rights of third parties.
Ownership and License
* Upon final payment, the client owns the website design, subject to ongoing hosting and maintenance fees.
* We retain the right to use website screenshots for marketing purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement is signed.
Service Availability
We strive to ensure the website's uptime; however, we are not responsible for any downtime caused by factors beyond our control, such as third-party hosting provider issues.

Refund Policy
Website Design
* Due to the custom nature of our web design services, we do not offer refunds once the design process has commenced. If you are dissatisfied with the initial designs, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions.
Maintenance and Hosting Fees
* Monthly maintenance and hosting fees are non-refundable once the service has been activated. These fees cover ongoing support, hosting and updates and are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
* If you cancel the maintenance and hosting service, the final month's fee will be refunded only if the cancellation is made within 5 days of the billing cycle starting. Please note that your website will however then not be active and live on Google/Internet.
Cancellation Policy
Once payment reflects in our account, we will start working on your website. If you need to cancel your project, please contact us immediately. But please note, we cannot guarantee a refund.
Design and Revision Policy
Our design process typically takes 5-7 working days or 2-3 weeks on more complex designs, or depending on the arrangements made with the client. Once the project is completed and the client is satisfied, we consider the project completed.
